个人简历

先后主持40余项科研项目,包括:国家自然科学基金—重点项目(在研)、联合基金重点项目(1项在研、2项结题)、面上项目,国家科技支撑计划,973计划,省市科研项目和国际合作项目等。在Science Robotics、JACS、Angewandte Chemie、AM、AFM等国内外重要刊物发表学术论文200余篇;授权中国发明专利300余件、美国发明专利12件、PCT专利36件;获得中国专利奖优秀奖4项、福建省科技进步奖一等奖5项、厦门市科技进步奖一等奖和厦门市专利奖一等奖、福建省专利奖二等奖等多项奖励,多项成果实现产业化,经济和社会效益显著。

研究领域

1. 半导体材料与器件

针对高性能场效应晶体管、先进光电探测器领域的材料与界面问题,通过聚合物或有机半导体与二维无机半导体的可控杂化,开拓场效应晶体管、光电探测器性能提升新策略,探索基于微观界面可控粘附的二维材料杂化异质结及其器件微加工新技术。

2. 聚合物柔性电子材料与器件

围绕柔性显示、柔性太阳能电池、5/6G高频通信等领域在聚合物薄膜材料方面的“卡脖子”技术与前沿科学问题,开展贯穿含氟聚酰亚胺、含氟环氧树脂、含氟聚丙烯酸酯的单体、聚合、成膜以及器件化的基础与应用研究。

3. 智能高分子弹性体与机器人

设计可程控变形的弹性体、具有可逆粘附性能的水凝胶,开展面向软体机器人、攀爬型机器人、智能机械手臂等领域的跨学科研究;从高分子材料设计的角度,提出下一代机器人设计新模式。

4. 防火阻燃材料、固体表面涂层材料应用基础研究与产业化

多元素阻燃、微纳阻燃、绿色阻燃。研发大跨度、(超)高层钢结构建筑与隧道防火涂料并开展产业化推广。面向海洋工程装备、核电、大飞机等重要民品、高技术领域,开发耐热、耐候、耐磨、高阻隔、防腐蚀功能涂层材料。
