研究领域

相图与相变、计算材料学、金属材料及功能材料等,研究兴趣涉及电子封装材料、复合材料、非晶材料、高温合金、稀土材料等。

主要科研成果:

已先后主持国家杰出青年科学基金、973计划课题、973重大基础前期研究项目、863计划课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目、科技部国际科技合作项目、教育部高校科技创新工程重大培育资金项目、中日政府国际合作项目、国际铜合金协会资助项目和日本通产省重点资助项目等近20项。已在Science、Physical Review Letters、Acta Materialia等学术刊物上发表论文200多篇,获得国家发明专利(授权)26项。获得2012年度福建省技术发明奖三等奖(第一发明人)、2011福建省“优秀留学人员”称号、2007中国侨联科技创新人才奖、APDIC Best Paper Award、国际金属组织竞赛荣誉奖、日本金属学会技术开发奖、日本金属学会金属组织佳作奖、日本铜合金协会优秀论文奖、国际电子封装会议优秀论文奖等奖项。
